Get in touchWe started with two possible projects. Loft conversion, which we did not proceed with, and knocking through a wall in the kitchen and removing a pillar, which we did. Martin was exceptionally helpful, particularly when it came to organising the correct steels, and offered real clarity on the costs. He also made several recommendations along the way that we found very helpful. Martin and his team were very friendly, efficient and delivered exceptional quality. It is clearly a very disruptive process to knock down walls but they did everything that they could to keep the disruption to a minimum, which was useful since we have two young children. We are very pleased with the end result. Martin guided us from planning right through to kitchen installation and everything in between. Get in touchChildminders left with unfinished orangery & hole in ceiling. Refusing to give money back. Resh Mohangee started over 1 month ago. Constant lies. Schedule he sets out in phases, completely disregard. Loft boarding not done. 3mtr hole cut out for staircase, letting all heat into roof with no insulation as we head into Winter. Joists installed in wrong place, Stairs won't be anywhere near to sit on them. Plaster fell down in kitchen & light pushed out. Orangery in garden started WITHOUT planning permission from the Council. Informed us about this on day 2 after they dug out the footings, leaving massive hole for 1 1/2 weeks before any we seen them again. His labourer caught on CCTV urinating in our garden where children in our care would play. Damaged tile in lean-to & driveway slabs cracked from tipper truck. Taking to trading standards & small chains court, absolutely rages at customers, shouting and refuses to refund. Threatened to report me to child services

Get in touchDom and the crew delivered an excellent project. The initial quote was competitive and detailed. Once the work was accepted, a start date was agreed. Work stated on time, the two guys mainly on site were Wayne and Shaun who were there almost-everyday apart from the odd day when the weather was poor. But no swapping from one job to another. Wayne produced excellent quality workmanship, he also kept the site extremely tidy. We were both really pleased with the build, start to finish. They were never late. If they said they were going to do something, they did it, and that is rare nowadays in my experience. The Team were all lovely guys, and were tidy in all aspects of their work. Damien took me though the process of building, professionally and patiently, as we had a lot of questions. I have recently moved house now and am planning to get Skillbuild back to improve my new property, without a shadow of a doubt. 10/10!! Thank you guys. PaulLatest review:
