Get in touchReally pleased with the work and final product especially considering I was asking them to do bits that were new to them. The guys are very friendly and worked with my structural end/building inspector to get the end result. If there were snags (which there is any any job) then they were creative with their solutions. Would happily use again myself and am already planning my next job :)

Then had issues with the rain. So what should have been completed by Christmas was completed by end of March. Communication was patchy. The finish on the paint work is not great. Can see the brush marks. My main issue is I was told by Paul that I would not need building regs. Well it turns out I did. After chasing him over a number of months- radio slience now. I have not received my FENSA certificate for the new windows, again despite chasing. Firstly Ashley - He is very friendly (he dealt with our 4 month old puppy who had a tendency to get in his way fantastically well), incredibly polite and respectful (always asking first before putting music on, always taking his shoes off when he was coming through our living spaces etc), trustworthy and just a pleasure to have in our home. Secondly his work - His knowledge of his trade is fantastic. We have a period property which needed an external doorway bricked up and he did it perfectly - you can barely tell there was a door there! And he skimmed our front room to perfection. He was very tidy throughout the 4 day project and always let us know what was going on. We cannot recommend him highly enough and we are so glad to now have a great contact for future projects (of which we have many!) Thanks Ashley!Latest review:Conversions - General- - Get in touchOur project was to build a kitchen extension at the gable end of our property and an Oak timber frame veranda on the side elevation. Our Building Inspector said that it it was the best carpentry work that he had seen in a very long time. Internally we wanted Jason to install the new kitchen and to lay a porcelain floor in the hallway and also in the old and new kitchen area, (which was to have underfloor heating), and to tile out the ground floor cloakroom. Jason has also done the foundations for the patio area, and is currently laying the paving. He has organised all the other trades on the job as and when required, and he only uses people he has worked with before, and who have the same pride in their work as Jason has. We cannot fault the workmanship. He served a carpentry apprenticeship at a renowned local builder. He personally works to a very high standard as a Master Carpenter, and specialises in "Cut roof" and timber frame projects. His preparation and attention to detail is evident in the finished project, with which we are extremely pleased. Throughout the project he gets on site and gets on with the job. There is no hanging around. He has always kept us informed if for any reason he suddenly cannot make it the next day, or if he cannot get to us at his normal time. He is very reliable and has a small team who work with him when needed.Latest review:
