He also gave me additional advice on how to plumb the washing machine appropriately so it works to the best of it's ability. Very helpful to a lady who knows nothing about these kind of things and I was in desperate need of a quick fix after just getting back from holiday. He was very helpful in developing a solution that really worked for us. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with full information of the system he recommend. We chose JOS Solutions because James was polite, pleasant and did what said he would do. He always behaved in a professional and courteous manner. James always arrived on time, worked hard and was unobtrusive despite needing access to most of the house. The electricians he brought in were similarly excellent. The job was completed to a high standard and the house was left very clean and tidy. James even dropped in on a Saturday to help us when we thought there was a problem with one of the units. We are so happy with the service we received that we have arranged for James to conduct the annual service in future.
