We were grateful to be able to have it done so quickly and are delighted at the additional space that's been created.Latest review:Restoration & Refurbishment-- Get in touchOur project was to build a kitchen extension at the gable end of our property and an Oak timber frame veranda on the side elevation. Our Building Inspector said that it it was the best carpentry work that he had seen in a very long time. Internally we wanted Jason to install the new kitchen and to lay a porcelain floor in the hallway and also in the old and new kitchen area, (which was to have underfloor heating), and to tile out the ground floor cloakroom. Jason has also done the foundations for the patio area, and is currently laying the paving. He has organised all the other trades on the job as and when required, and he only uses people he has worked with before, and who have the same pride in their work as Jason has. We cannot fault the workmanship. He served a carpentry apprenticeship at a renowned local builder. He personally works to a very high standard as a Master Carpenter, and specialises in "Cut roof" and timber frame projects. His preparation and attention to detail is evident in the finished project, with which we are extremely pleased. Throughout the project he gets on site and gets on with the job. There is no hanging around. He has always kept us informed if for any reason he suddenly cannot make it the next day, or if he cannot get to us at his normal time. He is very reliable and has a small team who work with him when needed.Latest review:

My Wife and I had a very tuff time schedule to achieve a total refurbish and rip out of our place and it was achieved by 21 Century Building team. The team was very understanding with a few changes along the way due to the age of the building and very friendly Even with the tuff time schedule that I gave them. Johns was always on time or early, always willing to give advise and assistance with all aspects of this tuff time scale job he was very supportive collecting supplies, ideas on how to use space available in a small and very compact place, get all tradespersons in at the same time,knowledgeable and funny when needed to ensure we could complete the Refurbishment within the time scale given. The transformation was amazing which was completed within the time scale given. There was a few small snagging issues that John has assisted with and kept in contact after all was completed.
