Latest review:Conversions - General-We needed an internal wall removed and David came to our house at short notice to view the job. His team was professional and they did the job within the agreed time frame and cost. They even left the skip they used for us to add our waste to and informed us that the bricks the walls were made of were valuable and could be resold. I'm very satisfied with the job. I would thoroughly recommend David and his team.

Latest review:Electrical-I can't rate David (Charmills Ltd) highly enough. Thoroughly professional from initial visit and quotation, right through to the completion of the job. Good communication and advice made him the right choice. Excellent knowledge and great workmanship made the whole installation go as planned. Great timekeeping and a brilliant price just topped it all off. If you need an electrician, look no further than David. I will definitely be using his extensive electrical skills again on future projects. 10/10

Latest review:Loft Conversion-We took a punt on OMG because we knew very little about them. They came over well though and supplied references that reassured us. Due to an incoming baby, a key aspect for us was the ability to get started at short notice and deliver the project quickly. Something Owen assured us he could do. Well, we now have a lovely new bedroom and bathroom and are just awaiting the arrival of the baby! The guys worked very efficiently - the speed with which our old roof was taken off and a new one put on was impressive. The inevitable few things that cropped up during the project were all dealt with swiftly and without hassle. For example, I noticed a leak on a pipe - within an hour the plumbers came around and fixed it. There were a couple of aspects of the bathroom I wanted changed (I'm quite fussy) - Owen had his guys come over and put everything right - again no hassle, they just got it done. For me, the way in which snags are dealt with is really important and I found OMG to be very good in this department. We're really happy with the finished product - looking at other loft conversions in the area (there are loads) ours really does look high-end. Fancy balcony, quality roofing, piping really neat, awesome bathroom. They came and did a final tidy up of the site last week - clearing up bits that had fallen down the side alley etc. We have already recommended OMG to friends who are using them for a side extension. I would certainly use them again.
