We took a punt on OMG because we knew very little about them. They came over well though and supplied references that reassured us. Due to an incoming baby, a key aspect for us was the ability to get started at short notice and deliver the project quickly. Something Owen assured us he could do. Well, we now have a lovely new bedroom and bathroom and are just awaiting the arrival of the baby! The guys worked very efficiently - the speed with which our old roof was taken off and a new one put on was impressive. The inevitable few things that cropped up during the project were all dealt with swiftly and without hassle. For example, I noticed a leak on a pipe - within an hour the plumbers came around and fixed it. There were a couple of aspects of the bathroom I wanted changed (I'm quite fussy) - Owen had his guys come over and put everything right - again no hassle, they just got it done. For me, the way in which snags are dealt with is really important and I found OMG to be very good in this department. We're really happy with the finished product - looking at other loft conversions in the area (there are loads) ours really does look high-end. Fancy balcony, quality roofing, piping really neat, awesome bathroom. They came and did a final tidy up of the site last week - clearing up bits that had fallen down the side alley etc. We have already recommended OMG to friends who are using them for a side extension.
