Called to say that due to the weather jobs were running a few days behind and was that ok. I said yes, several months later I have not heard from Eddie so will have to look elsewhere to get the job done.

I had the intention of just replacing the staircase into our loft and maybe renovating the existing space in the loft. After Dan had seen the space and the other roof space too, he suggested a full conversion of the roof space to include 2 large bedrooms, a hallway leading to the new stairs and a bathroom. The price we agreed on was very good and there was no extra cost at the end. The price Dan quoted was what I paid. His workmen worked hard from day 1 and through the summer and within 6 weeks the build was complete, all that was left for me to do was paint the rooms and carpet. His building team of 4-5 men were polite, hard working and very tidy. They made sure all their tools and equipment was away each evening when they left and all building mess was cleared up each night. The plasterers he employed were top quality and took 2 days to fully plaster all the rooms and render the outside wall. The building and plastering team for Davis and Co Carpentry are worthy of high praise and I fully recommend them.

He took on the refurbishment of my conservatory, which was completed in good time to my entire satisfaction. As a roofer, he pointed out problems with the house roof. I thus also employed him to renew the roof, which was completed with amazing efficiency. All materials, labour, scaffolding and rubbish removal was included in the price.

We are 3 weeks in to a 5-6 week build. I really cannot speak highly enough of Owen, Will and Tom. Within 3 days they had created footings, knocked down walls, dismantled our kitchen and had steels in ready for the extension. The speed of progress has continued, the project management has been outstanding, everything delivered on the right day, without lots of materials being stored on site. They have been incredibly polite to our neighbours, ensuring they are parking with consideration and not inconveniencing anyone. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found this team via this site. We look forward to working with Wright and Wrythe on future projects, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
