Zac and his team did an excellent job converting lounge and kitchen into one . This involved removing 2 doors and creating a new doorway. The new room was replastered and a new Wren kitchen fitted with all appliances. He also fitted the wood flooring and 3 additional doors. A new loft hatch was fitted and the loft boarded. Zac did all this in 3 weeks and did all we asked for. We are very happy with the end result and made the home more usable.

I was not able to replace existing kitchen unit doors as originally planned. However, Scott renovated my units and restored my kitchen to virtually its original condition. He made a first class job, was very organised and tidy and was a joy to have around. He arrived on time and is no doubt a skilled craftsman and a true professional. I would have no hesitation in requesting his help for any future venture. I am delighted.

Gintas was brilliant. He organised the units we required and the hardware. We benefitted from his expertise in the design and adaptation of the units to blend old and new. Gintas was very hardworking and did not take breaks, preferring to complete the work by his daily deadline. There were quite a few challenges with the job and these meant the job took longer than Gintas had estimated at first. He was very accommodating and moved his schedule around to ensure our job was finished. Very happy with this joiner and we would give him the highest recommendation.

Ahmad Omar did an excellent job replacing my laminate flooring with engineered oak. He was responsive from the start, came for a site visit the same day I contacted him, and saved me from buying flooring whose installation method wouldn't have suited my flat - advising instead that a click system was the right approach. He completed the three-day job, 9am-5pm, exactly as quoted, removing old flooring and underlay, fitting new moisture barrier, underlay and oak flooring, and disposing of all rubbish himself. He carefully removed and reinstalled my skirting boards without damage & they now look even better than before. He drove me to B&Q, Jewson, Selco, and Wickes to pick materials, and later returned on a separate day to fit new threshold strips without hesitation. Professional, hardworking, honest, and fairly priced throughout. The finished floor looks fantastic - highly recommended.

Ian recently fitted my Wren kitchen. He was really thorough and spent the time looking through the plan to confirm if it actually worked or didn’t, and gave me advice to go back to the designer as some of it just wouldn’t have been possible!! Fitting was done quickly and included changes to plumbing all at a very reasonable price.

Jody has done an incredible job of rebuilding the arch in our pantry, way beyond expectation. He removed one arch, recreated one on the other side of the pantry and blended it like it had been there for 200 years. He also discovered the original pamment tiles under the 1950’s tiles, exposed them and cleaned them up. He is a real heritage artisan.

Builder failed to complete the work after 10 weeks and left us with a very stressful situation, with just 2 weeks to find contractors to finish the job and rectify the many issues before the house was sold. This was a simple refurbishment of a dated utility room which should have taken a couple of weeks, but took 3 months. We made the mistake of paying 75% of the costs before the work was completed, and although the builder advised that he wouldn’t charge us for the remaining amount when he walked from the job after 10 weeks, it didn’t help us much, as we had to use most of the money to scramble to find tradesmen who could rectify the issues in time for the completion of the house sale. We felt let down by Carl, who said it was because of a family situation, but surely he could have appointed one of the many contractors he uses to finish the job. He has failed to return the house keys we lent him or provide a receipt, despite asking multiple times - Never again!
