Hi I’m jay and I’m a qualified carpenter that specialises in general carpentry and roofing. I can fit doors,windows (velux/upvc), can do all aspects of 2nd fix ( doors/skirting/arkitrave/ spindles/ handrail, window boards etc). I can also cut on roofs and do roofing ( felting, battening, tiling). Also can do 1st fix (structural floors, stud walls and linings, flooring , insulation, plasterboarding etc. also can lay slabs/blocks and fit steels if needed. Ola quoted me for garden maintenance but also for removal of furniture and white goods. I accepted his quote for the removals. He and his team did everything I required of them and I would highly recommend them. We had a large hole in our floor from the old chipboard that was installed many years ago and was becoming very unsafe to walk on in our hallway. The guys from Gorilla Flooring came in to quote for new plywood and a new hardwood floor. Brought samples of wood/ stain and lacquer to choose before commencement. Hi, The job is to fix the two toilet flushes which is leaking. He fixed one of it and the second one he thinks its fixed and left home. Later when I checked in the evening it is still leaking and only sometimes it stops, the job is not done 100%. Messaged him and called him almost 4-5 times and he said he will coming around but told there will be another £80 pounds of service charge for which I'm really unhappy. He is always on a point, it was fixed when I left home but it is not 100% fixed. He don't even bother to come and look and asking another £80 for service charge is really not good which I already paid him £70 for the first time. I would not go with him another time for sure. Now I need to spend extra money to get it fixed which is shame.

Ken and Ken father and son good chaps and nice to work with. They turned up on time and their communication was good. We had some issues and they came up with some good solutions . The carpentry work for the Kitchen installation was of a good quality. I agreed for them to renovate my bathroom and bedroom.as well as. The standard of plastering was average and also tiling was not of the quality I expected. There were various issues which should not have arisen and that have appeared after they left the job
