What a great job every little detail superb and to the highest quality. Ash is friendly polite, neat and tidy and planned the project superbly. He is a perfectionist and we cannot state highly enough on how pleased we are with the quality of the work. He is everything a great tradesman/craftsman should be. An absolute pleasure to have employed him to undertake the paneling and boxing work. Left fully prepared for decoration. There was a bit of plumbing that needed sorting out to fit the panelling and he planned this in and his brother in law came bang on time and also undertook a great clean job. Lovely fellas! Really disappointed with the work completed by James. He failed to adequately prepare or level an open plan floor before he laid my laminate. He laid the floor3 times but each time the flooring was splitting due to not being on a level or solid base. He also failed to prepare my bathroom floor in the same way which has resulted in both floors being removed and re-installed by another contractor. He has promised to reimburse me for this and a roof he fitted for me which was installed around a year ago with 18 installation errors and has caused my kitchen ceiling to fall through from the rain water. The roof has had to be completely removed and reinstalled by a qualified roofer. I’m around £10k out of pocket because of the bad workmanship and have not yet received a penny from James as promised. DO NOT HIRE!!

We hired Trevor to remodel the inside of our house, putting in new walls, installing internal and external bifold doors, laying floor tiles, redoing electrical circuits amongst other works. The standard of work was generally of a high quality and standard. In addition to the good workmanship, it was a pleasure to have both Trevor and Cyril (Sid) around and we found them good natured and honest. We are intending to have them back to do further work as soon as the current pandemic has eased. We would thoroughly recommend TJ Services.

Came out to quote for making loft hatch slightly longer very professional, measured up and gave me a quote there and then I told him I had a few more quotes to do and that I would get back to him. He was really reasonable so on the Saturday I emailed him to say that he could have the job. He emailed literally straight back to say he could do it Monday at 2:00. He turned up on Monday on time. Did everything within 2 hours and tidied up after himself. Very professional. Very nice young man who I would get in again if I needed anything else doing I'm over the moon. For some reason it's making it very awkward for me to show photos

I recently had my 5 doors supplied and fitted, and a staircase with handrail built by this carpenter, and I’m genuinely very impressed with the work. The quality of the finish is excellent — everything looks neat, solid, and very beautiful. The staircase in particular has completely transformed the space. He was professional throughout and, importantly, stuck to the agreed timeline, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
