Get in touchBrad and his team were fantastic. We had some challenges, but they overcame all of them with calm determination and skill and we are very happy with the end result. Special mention to Matt who made short work of the demolition and did a wonderful job with the flooring. Brad is professional, approachable and highly knowledgeable - even coming out on his day off to offer advice and reassurance on an unpleasantly surprising building control decision. Highly recommend Henstowe for any building work.

Get in touchDid some good work but let us down when not accepting responsibility for his failure to commission a bore hole filtration installation that did not give us clear water for 6 months. We only found out when I employed and paid Anglian water to come out to check the system and they reported that it had never worked since installation as he did not open the air valve and so there was no chance that the iron could be put into suspension so the next cylinder could filter it properly. They opened the valve and the water is 70 cleaner - I suggest to Ben he paid £115 for the Anglian visit and install one 5 micron filter at his cost so we get the clear water he promised before being awarded the contract. I have not heard from him after this reasonable compensation request for 6 months yellow water that children will not bath in, guests are concerned with and will not drink.
