Get in touchDid some good work but let us down when not accepting responsibility for his failure to commission a bore hole filtration installation that did not give us clear water for 6 months. We only found out when I employed and paid Anglian water to come out to check the system and they reported that it had never worked since installation as he did not open the air valve and so there was no chance that the iron could be put into suspension so the next cylinder could filter it properly. They opened the valve and the water is 70 cleaner - I suggest to Ben he paid £115 for the Anglian visit and install one 5 micron filter at his cost so we get the clear water he promised before being awarded the contract. I have not heard from him after this reasonable compensation request for 6 months yellow water that children will not bath in, guests are concerned with and will not drink. This also meant creating a new internal door way and blocking up the bottom half of a large floor to ceiling window and an existing external side door. Roger took down the separating wall, inserted a steel beam and made good all area's ready for a new kitchen. We were really happy with Rogers work, he was really easy to deal with, friendly, arrived when he said he would and most importantly for us showed he was a professional in his trade by giving advice, especially on things we hadn't even considered. The finished job was great and better than we had hoped.
