After 13 years and 16 jobs on here, this is my first negative review. But I would avoid at all costs for large projects, due to their lack of communication and organisational skills. If you do proceed, I’d suggest: - Confirm in writing they’ve read and understood all the plans and have no questions or concerns about anything. - Confirm that cost overruns will be communicated weekly, with a breakdown of the costs. - Confirm the builders on site will have been given the actual plans for the work being done. - Confirm terms will be agreed up-front and will not change them weekly. - Arrange payments on milestones met and not time elapsed. Confirm additional work will only proceed when agreed in writing in advance. - Require weekly f2f meetings with the owner at end of play on Fridays to assess progress and surface any issues, concerns or questions. - Confirm who will be leading the project on-site. - Confirm that if huge overages will be presented with an itemised breakdown.

This is a very simple review. This company is great. HIGHLY RECCOMEND. My wife and I had a really bad experience with two COWBOY builders, one through my builder and one through recommendation. Both the previous builders left the kitchen unfinished, very badly plastered, 12 inch holes cut for a 1 inch pipe, plastering that would make the Canadian Rockies look flat, only plastering half the way down the wall, splatter marks, everywhere.......(thanks Nick Bexter from nothing but the kitchen sick) holes left unfinished or filled, incorrect wiring, and plumbing etc, the list goes on. I could on with saying how bad things were, but there are tow many to mention and I would rather concentrate on the positives. Onto the good ! Russ and his team were quick, efficient and seriously helped us out of a very bad situation. My wife, being seven months pregnant and having to live out of our conservatory has been a stressful experience to say the least, and now we can breath a big sigh of relief. The work was done to a very high standard, and we are both very very happy with the result. Even Russ’s wife was helpful when I first called and explained the awful problem we had beeen having, understanding and very very empathetic. I would happily recommend Russ and his team to anyone who wants a team of friendly and effiecent guys. On a personal note, from me, my wife and our expectant TWINS..........Thank you, we both cannot express how relived we are :)

Brad was fantastic with the fitting of our kitchen. We had some awkward requirements, as we needed to fit some new units in with some existing units, as well as new worktops with upstand, and a completely new floor (laminate). We also needed the job done quickly, and he was able to work to our timetable. Brad had some good ideas about how to go about the project, and as it progressed, he was able to adapt everything to fit in well together. He worked efficiently and with care, to leave us with a kitchen we are very pleased with. He was able to source the extra bits needed to finish off the project (panels, extra flooring, sealant, etc.). He was polite, professional, pleasant, listened carefully to what we wanted, and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. We are very happy with the results, and would definitely hire him again.

We hired Harry originally to sort out our entrance porch which had been on the back burner for nearly 5 years, since we moved in in 2018...I was always a bit embarrassed to open the door it was minging to say the least! Harry has done a fantastic job plaster boarding the walls, putting in shelves, tiling the floor...very happy to open the door now! We then asked if he could change a shower room...if you could call it that, weird set up...into a wet room for us. Again he has done a beautiful job considering what he had to work with! It is a room we can now make full use of...not use just for storage...We can't thank you enough Harry. We would have no hesitation recommending you most highly.

What can I say! Marc was absolutely fantastic. What started as a little project to put in an integrated oven ended up becoming a bit of kitchen refit due to the awkwardness of our room layout . The finished project is so much more than we could have hoped for. Marc is not only meticulous with his work (and it is clear he wants to get the job done right) but is a very kind, easy to get on with and a professional type of guy, which can be very hard to find! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, he provided me with a great concept drawing and spent time discussing colours and accessories. It was planned several months ahead of the fitting date which luckily fell in line with both Paul’s and my holiday as I wanted the work starting while I was away as I have cats. When I returned from my holiday the work was almost complete which was great. I trusted Paul with my home and I was rewarded with an absolutely beautiful kitchen, which exceeded my expectations.
