There are no words to describe how incredibly happy we are with the work done by Ricky. He came to do a relatively straight forward job and unearthed a significant safety risk with a gas fire that we would never have known about. Ricky stayed with the job until completion, despite it taking much longer than expected and supported us in some very difficult conversations with other less professional and trustworthy trades men. We cannot recommend Ricky highly enough and will most definitely be asking him to come back for a number of other jobs in the New Year. Huge thanks Ricky for helping us to get sorted before Xmas.
