My name is Paul, I live in Birkenhead so I’m pretty central to the Liverpool and Chester region. I started plastering at 16 I’m now 41 so I carry 25 years of experience in all aspects of plastering works. I have managed full sites, refurbs, maintenance, commercial and domestic jobs in my time as well as working on the trowel in all the same type of settings. I understand the need to protect existing decor and floor finishes in occupied spaces and I also understand mistakes can still be made even with my experience so I have no issue in returning to correct snags without debate should you find any. I have a good network of contacts within all trades so any unforeseen problems that may arise requiring other trades can be resolved swiftly. I tend to work closely with my brother (Kris) who is a time served joiner with 23 years experience in all aspects of joinery. ADX Properties is a construction firm that caters primarily to the investment and development sector with the aim of tailoring all refurbishments and developments around the exit strategy and end goal of every project. We specialise mainly in buy to let refurbishments and HMO conversions, as well as refurbishments intended for social housing projects and prospective flips. After spending years developing my own projects and liaising with builders who couldn't understand my goals, ADX was born from the realisation that most contractors don't understand the investment side. They build what you ask for, but can't tell you if you're overcapitalising or if a lower spec would achieve the same rent. We can, because we've been there. That's another reason why we tend not to operate outside of Merseyside. As the director, I know the areas and what they each individually warrant, and I'm able to advise accordingly.
