Firstly, he broke my new sink. I had to rush to B&Q for a replacement. He then put the sink in off centre. He then said I needed to go and buy new taps as he said that mine were broken, even though they were only 11 months old. He then fitted these new taps wrongly, he put the hot and cold water supplies reversed.The flow of water was reduced to a trickle. I had to get another plumber in to put the taps right. He also scratched my new worktops. The worst part, once I told him that I was unhappy, were the nasty threats from him leaving me feeling very vulnerable. He said that he was going to come back and take out the worktops if I didn't pay him straight away (I had paid him cash for the worktops). He said he would make sure that I was more out of pocket. I have lost over £700 due to his mistakes and will need to get someone else in to put it right.Latest review:Kitchen Fitting-

Get in touchAndrew and his team completed a new kitchen installation for myself over a period of 2-3 weeks although through design and product issues this was no way a fault in their professionalism. I kept Andrew up to date when parts available and they were round more or less the next day. I'd say overall the team were exceptional and got on really well with them all.
