Latest review:Carpets & Lino- - Get in touchI had john build 2 brick pillars and lay a 8x12 ft patio,I supplied 24 pavers. There is no problem with the integrity of the building work just attention to detail and the quality of the finish also needs better customer relations. They broke a paver but failed to inform me or offer to replace it, instead used 2 half pavers. I asked what had happened I was told they broke one, I was then offered a replacement, as it was already laid I declined the offer. Because they started 11in from the wall by the time they reached the 8ft required point they had to cut 6 pavers and put the offcuts next to the wall. Now there were not enough pavers to complete the job and stones were used to fill in. They built 2x pillars, 1 brick wide and 11in deep. Several gaps have been left in the motor lines. I am getting no reply to emails or his phone. There was a security light very close to where the right hand pillar was going. I offered to move it, told np. Now there is a hole at the top
