Mustapha was prompt, efficient and clearly knew what he was talking about. He talked us through what was needed and helped us decide how to proceed. His estimate was very reasonable and he stuck to it, even when other related problems came to light as the work progressed and more time was needed. He remained professional and unphased throughout, the job was solid with nothing left to chance and the finish was to a very high standard. I had a flood, a hot water pipe burst on the first floor, and the kitchen floor and ceiling were damaged. Mark didn't refuse to work like other carpenters with my insurance company, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent, the work was fast and high-quality. I highly recommend him, especially if you must have deal with an insurance company.
