Steve was a nice man but did not finish the job he was paid to complete. He did not: Finish tiling the entire kitchen Seal the kitchen sink Finish the edging on the worktop Install a magic corner Fit all the cupboard door handles He underestimated how long the job would take him and we felt like he blamed us for it - because he took longer than he expected. On the basis of not completing a job Steve was paid for; we would not recommend others to use his service. He also left a note telling us he wouldn't be completing the job rather than phoning us to let us know, which was disappointing. I don't like to leave bad reviews but in this case I feel it is justified: it's unfair to pay for an uncompleted job and would like others to be aware in case they use Steve in the future.

Rob did a fantastic job with an understairs wc. Did the tiling, ceiling panelling, lights and fitted corner sink and toilet. All done to a very high standard, especially the wc where he designed and built a vanity unit and tiled it. Looks amazing. Would recommend to anyone and will employ him In the future too for any jobs.

James came round quickly to quote my new kitchen fitting, and had a lot of helpful suggestions - one of which was to go for a Howden's kitchen as opposed to Ikea. This meant that the kitchen was considerably more expensive, but I definitely have a much higher standard of kitchen as a result, and there was no wait time at all compared to a considerable one at Ikea. Going with Howden's was made possible though James, and he arranged all of the planning and was on hand to contact throughout the process. The kitchen itself looks great. Super happy with how it turned out. Cheers mate!

Tony is the epitome of professional. I consider myself extremely lucky that I found him. I would trust him any job that arises in my house and he says he can complete. Although my original posted job was for a kitchen renovation, I started with a bathroom and cloakroom renovation, which Tony completed to high standards. Tony is highly reliable, punctual, organised, trustworthy, knowledgeable, with a fantastic range of skills. He is very friendly, has excellent attention-to-detail and problem solving skills, will look after your property, will clean after himself, and will make suggestions for improvement. His quotes were very reasonable compared to others, and made good suggestions for other tradespeople required (i.e., plasterer and electrician). Despite the tasks at hand, the disruption he caused was minimal. I’m looking forward to my kitchen renovation at some point. Thank you so much Tony!

Not great since the replacement one cupboard does not close properly, the other one is loose, if you pay nearly £300 for 3 hours job then I expect high quality finish, another let down. Response to the owners replay: Sorry it’s my parents house and 8 months of the year they are abroad, when they returned we realised the doors don’t close and this is still constant, if you want to reach out and rectify this issue we will be happy to remove the review, it’s clear the doors are not installed and adjusted properly hence when you close them they automatically open a little which is very disappointing.

Our many years experience helps us not only understand our customers needs but also knowing the properties that we work upon, all this helps us find solutions to many problematic areas that can cause some builders to not take on complicated or difficult works, or worse stops them for being able to not complete the works they started. We are office based so you can contact us via a landline number as opposed to just a mobile number with the builder working out of a van.
