Chris and his team did a brilliant job completely removing and repairing a creaking floor, repositioning a downstairs toilet/washroom and removing the existing kitchen and replacing with a brand new one, the room looks totally different, you would not know it was the same place and all work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I have level 3 bench Joinery. I’ve done Joinery for the last 8 years. I have done most Joinery from fitting for Morrison’s to fitting kitchens to decking jobs. I’ve been self employed for the last 7 months. I take great pride in my work and everything I do. Normal work for me is door hanging, skirting and arc.

Very professional team changing 9 old doors and door frames. Wayne and his team started by meticulously covering the floors, and sealing everything down. At the end of every day they cleaned and vacuumed up. The work was to a very high standard. The job was not as straightforward as I originally thought, and there was more to think about than I originally had perceived, but the guys were adaptable. They had experience working on historic/ listed buildings (not that my property was listed), but it was evident in the knowledge they had in doing work in a relatively old house such as they were working on here. Good friendly lads Turned up on time carried out the work specified to a good standard and I’m happy with the results Only thing I’m unhappy about is the £12.50 my builder charges the tradespeople for simply expressing interest in a job … in my mind this should only be charged if a job has been done ..I won’t be using this service again ! Professional and High-Quality Work I’m very satisfied with the complete bathroom renovation carried out by Mark-Tiler. The repositioning of the radiator and sink was done with precision, and the installation of the suspended ceiling and sliding built-in door was finished to a high standard. Just going to prematurely leave the review because he is that good. His attention to detail is insane, he does everything well above and beyond what is expected of him. For example To template for stone worktops you need to have less that 3mm tolerance, and as measures by the templaters Matty was inside less than 1mm. Even the way you fit a kitchen, in terms of sturdiness and supports, he adds extra pieces to increase the rigidity of the fit. And he does literally everything, half rewire of the kitchen, drill through 1.5 ft of wall to make a new drain, install a new door frame, break the concrete floor bury water lines and re concrete. And his standard of finishing is just excellent, he's not the cheapest but he's still extremely good value, and his standards are second to none.
