Gareth was extremely professional and provided excellent service, really pleased with the quality off the job. Kitchen refit and worktop quote was really competitive and when it came to some additional work for sink re plumbing, he didn't add any labour. Highly recommended

Steve stepped in at very short notice after being let down by another builder. Job required a total kitchen refurb including,gas,electrics,plumbing,joinery,wall and floor tiling. All work was carried out professionally and despite numerous delays caused by our kitchen company all subsequent snagging work was carried out to our satisfaction with no complaints,job came in on budget despite the many delays. All of the tradesmen were polite and courteous and treated our home with respect. I really did not want to leave less than 5 stars for Alex and Adam as I found them friendly and professional, however I have been let down with incomplete work, which I believe will not be completed. I initially chose North Man Stone because they were good on their communication as opposed to others whom I would have had to relentlessly chase. Unfortunately, it has now been a month since they communicated with me and I have made several attempts to. I have actually been extremely patient from the beginning with delays in work, more than anyone else would. Granted that my kitchen is in a working state however, it does not reflect what I had asked for. The error in workmanship was admitted by Alex to be from his stone supplier/cutter however, they should have still completed the work to the standard agreed upon. My kitchen fitter, Jonathan did a really good job. We both helped each out with designing my kitchen which was good. There were times I was stubborn in my ideas but eventually I listened to Jonathan. Overall I was happy with my new renovated kitchen. The job was completed within a reasonable time. The price was reasonably too. He gave good advise and provided alternative solutions. He's friendly, happy to help and the communication was decent too. I recommend Jonathan, Xpert Installations.
