I can very much recommend Igor and his team at Modernization. Igor and the team were professional, polite, tidy and produced work of an excellent standard. Igor took care to help us design our kitchen layout and came up with excellent suggestions that enhanced the overall project. Using Modernization allowed us to fully renovate our kitchen using one contractor. Igor and team removed walls, provided the kitchen & large sliding doors, decorated, tiled and laid the floor. Where costs had the potential to overrun we were informed before they did, given options and then left to make our decisions. Overall, we were very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

We employed GRS to do 2 bedroom extension with ensuite in one room, Gary and his team did a very professional job, the quote for the job was competitive and didnt go over. The job was completed in the timescale given, the team were hard working and he kept us infomed. Poor attention to detail. Had to explain the job four (4!) times even though he had two other examples in the room next door. He motivated it on the grounds that his Grandmother was ill and could not focus. Tried to cut corners from originally agreed estimate by pinching a few Pounds here and there. Example: cheap hinges instead of good quality, one hinge instead of two. Left an absolute mess (indoors and outdoors) after work every day. I even had to gather his tools from all over the house and deposit them in the porch for him to collect. Job lasted longer due to short days and absences (Grandma health, Mother's birthday etc. related). In the end the job was finished by somebody else. Nice, good sense of humour, likeable lad but needs improvement of work ethic.

I had a lovely Victorian door I'd had stripped for some time, and he came made it fit the frame with adjustments, and now i have a living room door i am very happy with. He also fitted skirting boards in the room after I'd had a damp course. I was really happy with his work here too. Carl is a really nice guy, helpful, friendly and explained everything clearly to me.
