The difference usually from commercial and domestic is the standers having worked on multi million pound projects the attention to detail is vital , a lot of domestic workers couldn’t deliver the quality of work needed for commercial projects. Also the advantage is able to programme works to be most efficient as possible .

The plumbing hasn’t been completed properly and the rework before plastering is awful so the plaster has now popped and will all need redoing . The wall was not insulated properly . We’d never done anything like this before so were a bit nervous but Graham made us feel that we were in safe and experienced hands. He had loads of ideas and suggestions to help make our ideas and plans become something real, even some of our more ‘out there’ ideas were received with a practical ‘ok let’s make this work’. This isn’t just a job to him he really cares about doing the best for you and your family and helping you make your dream a reality. He’s got a team of lovely hard working lads who felt like part of the family by the end of the build and we miss having them around. Our extension has transformed our house and the way we live in it. We can’t thank Graham and the team enough for all their hard work and if anyone considering using him for work wants to come see what an amazing job they did we’d be delighted to help G.
Latest review:Extensions- - Get in touchColin Petty has done two jobs for me. I used him before to build and extension. As he did such a good job on that, I got him back again in September to carry out roofing work, fitting of windows, guttering and fascias. He definitely puts in the hours, he does a full day, from 8am - 5pm usually. He always clears away any rubbish. With both jobs he's done for us he's made our house look a hell of a lot better. The standard of his workmanship is of good quality. He's a nice chap, he's actually quite funny. You can trust Colin to work unsupervised, I just left him to get on with it. I've since recommended him to my friends and family.Latest review:
