He is a trustworthy, friendly and experienced tradesman. Arriving early each day and doing the work promptly, professionally and to a high standard. Me and my wife are very pleased with the damp-proofing work he has done. He is also a tidy and careful tradesman, making sure to clean up after himself, and ensure furniture and electronics were protected during the work. Get in touchI have thought long and hard about whether to leave this review but decided that, since I base my own choice of who to use on My Builder on previous customer's reviews, I needed to be honest. There were many positives to the work Dan and his team did. They were all friendly and extremely helpful, often going the extra mile for me, and most of the work I am happy with. However, there is one aspect that hasn't worked, and I have tried, I hope politely, on several occasions now and over the course of a few weeks, to get Dan to at least come and take a look. While we're not back to square one after the work was done, I now have a different problem. My messages have been ignored and I will now need to find someone else to take a look. Given I don't really know what Dan had done to try to solve the original problem it will be tricky handing it across to someone. So just be aware that you'll be ok if the work goes well, but on your own if it doesn't.
