It was a time challenge for me to move to newly purchased house as my rental agreement was due. I got Saby from personal reference. All home colour, wiring, removing old big boiler, water tank and rerouting of all pipe work. Roof repair , new two en suites construction, whole IKEA kitchen. He delivered as per our expectation and design in 8 weeks. No time waste and all material he arranged. I am very happy the way he professionally handled the work and delivered on time. Steve did a great job converting a bedroom into a kitchen, including all plumbing, electrical works, ceiling & floor insulation, underfloor heating... Steve brought in other tradesmen for more specialist jobs, who did a good job too. Steve was dedicated to the project and even turned up on weekends to make progress with the conversion. The place was always left clean and tidy at the end of the day. Not knowing much about building works, I felt totally comfortable with the job being in Steve's hands, and I already talked to Steve about another job I'd like to have done soon!

Arron came and found it was the decorative element around the window frame that required repair. he gave me a new quote on the spot and did an excellent job on the repair. He also advise that the same decorative elements on the window need a new lick of paint as its been weathered heavily.
