I work mainly in Chalfont St Peter and surrounding areas but have travelled into London and the outskirts, High Wycombe and the surrounding area also. I have fitted up to 12m rooms with a colleague and 8m rooms independently. I pride myself in my attitude to my job and my ability to work to a high standard. I have good timekeeping and my word is my bond. I can supply top quality carpets and underlays normally within a weeks notice.

Unlike many carpet fitters who won't touch the floor boards etc the team Nav sent were extremely equipped, hard working, professional, great attention to details and truly an expert in what they do. Nav realised that I needed my carpets down asap, spoke to him on Tuesday and he fitted me in for Wednesday late afternoon. His team stayed at my house until very late finishing the job. Get in touchAfter taking measurements, Ron brought a completely different colour carpet to what he was supposed to match. I then gave them a sample to make it easy. They later said there is nothing they could do and did not complete the job after removing the old carpet. I felt they could have procured the same carpet or close match from a 3rd party vendor but could not be asked to. He also left my child’s room with hazards of sharps exposed nails which caused injury the next day. Communication was rather exceptionally poor and shows a lack of professionalism from the company/woman handling their business calls. I will certainly not use this company again. NB: I have hired someone else to complete the job at about £200 cheaper. So they over charged and didn’t do the job and caused injuries.
