We had an overall positive experience with them very friendly and helpful. Dan and his team were on hand to explain complicated issues that arose due to our structural issues and provide solutions. Whilst we stayed living on site they took care to not cause much disturbance by building temporary walls. In terms of budget we feel they were very fair with sticking to the agreed fixed quote and happy to sign a contract. We pride ourselves on being a friendly family business that will go the extra mile to look after our clients, giving that personal touch with attention to detail. Wether we’re mowing your lawn, cutting a hedge or fully redesigning your garden or driveway, myself or my sons will be on-site from start to finish carrying out the work ourselves. To start with he came over to give us a detailed quote and allowed us to flex the scope of our job based on our budget. Due to circumstances on my end we had to delay the start and Walter was incredibly understanding and flexible. We are delighted with the quality of work to create the path; which was also within the timeframe that we asked of them. Finally they are also just a really nice set of men, incredibly polite and courteous and a pleasure to work with, we’ll definitely be using them again if we need more work done to our garden.
