I decided to opt for Accoya wood which I believe will end up saving me troubles and money over the next few decades. The quote and lead time were competitive. Ilir works fast and is very proactive. Him and his colleague fitted everything in 1 day only! And what a difference it makes compared to my old windows & french door: the aesthetics, the quality & durability, the thermal& acoustic insulations and the additional security. It's an important decision and I am happy with both the process and the end result, it can't get better than this

Get in touchAVIOD AT ALL COST!! SCAMMER! Hired to change my gasket and frames for my window. He said it was heavy due to being aluminium frame but really should have taken the glass out. Tried to put window back by creating new holes to drill. He left and said he will come back with help. He didn't;t answer by calls and sent a text message saying he can't return as he had no one to help him. Came with his son and no ladder. Damaged my paintwork on my window sill, paint work on walls, desk and mess on carpet. A scammer! Do not hire him. Used a fake name. We had seven of our old wooden sash windows replaced with double glazed sashes - to keep costs down we didn’t change the frames as they were still in really good condition. It has massively helped with reducing the noise (we live on a main road) and keeping the heat in during the winter. Liam was on time everyday and takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend Jamie and his team at LB Windows.
