Chris and his team at Empire UPVC and Roofing were excellent. In the end the job involved repointing several parapet walls on my roof and reflaunching the chimneys. The team did a really professional job, raking out all the damaged cement and repointing thoroughly. They were on time, polite, professional and explained to me what they were doing at every stage. Special thanks should go to Chris who communicated with me promptly and professionally throughout and was able to act really swiftly when I suddenly needed the work done urgently. 5 stars!

The team arrived on time and completed the works in a friendly, positive and professional manner. The new guttering looks very neat and high quality. What I appreciated the most was that Chris always followed up with a phone call the same day and provided expert advice on the most cost effective method of repairs.
