Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

I am very pleased with Chris's work, the new roof looks fantastic! Chris's quote is very detailed and price is reasonable compaired with others, he was always amazingly reachable whenever it was, he also kindly allows my builders to use the scalfoding for few more weeks to get external decoration work done, which I really appreciate. Chris amazingly clearly knows all work progress in mind even he manages a few jobs at the same time. he even could provide a very good solution himself for one challenging issue quickly, which I am really happy with it. Chris is very exicted about his job, no wonder his business has been so successful, he should be definitely proud of it. Although the job was done with minimum fuss, but for such a big job with challenging weather in winter, it was expected and I fully understood. Thanks Chris for your great work! I strongly recommend.

They were fantastic, did a very good job and were quick. I would highly recommend Empire to carry out your job.

We can't thank Chris and his team enough. We received a detailed quotation, and no pressure. Chris was always contactable, and easy to talk to. From the moment they arrived at our property, the guys were courteous, polite and kept us informed of the progress at all times. We ended up having the whole roof retiled , at our request. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommended Chris and his team without a doubt.

I had an overall good experience with Empire. They showed up at the scheduled time, did the job nicely (applying torch on felt) and then provided the guarantee. I am not very happy about the footmarks on the felt (only noticeable when there is frost), but I suppose it couldn't have been avoided (?).

They gave me a very detailed description of the work to be done and a quote. They carried out the work on the date they said they would do it. They came on time and they were very professional and polite. I was very satisfied with the work they carried out. After they finished the work they left the area clean and tidy.

Chris and team performed exactly as promised. Congratulations to the team.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Chris and his team were very polite, helpful and friendly. Would use again.
