Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Good professional service and follow up, recommended.

I hired Empire roofing to change a flat roof and install a new skylight . I found Chris from the start very professional and knowledgeable. He personally surveyed job and fully discussed every aspect of the quote .On the day of works starting the guys turned up on time (even after the recent snow). I found them professional, friendly and very competent.I was impressed how clean and tidy they worked and left the site in . I’ve already hired empire for another job and would 100% recommend to anyone else

Have to say I’ve never met a fantastic company very polite all the workmen work done no problem reasonable prices and will be continuing with this company for future work from the premises I can guarantee I would suggest them 100%

The great team arrived on time, were friendly, efficient and informative. They give me great info on what they were doing, and how well it will perform and protect our home. Great service in every department and couldn’t recommend them enough.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the quality of the job. Right from the word go, I was really impressed with the level of customer service level displayed by the company. I would definitely recommend this company to people.

Did just what they said they’d do. Thank you.

Very good job on flat roof over a very wet weekend and came in on Sunday to ensure the job was finished. I had a couple of issues and the company was very prompt, courteous and willing to help resolve. Recommended.

Excellent response from the team, very quick to respond to queries and questions and were helpful in providing a couple of quotes to help decide which work to prioritise. Prices were reasonable too when compared to other quotes received. Overall, very professional.

Empire were very thorough with the whole process of repairing my roof. They were prompt to estimate and moved their diary about to suit the urgency of my leak. The work was done to a very high standard and at a very good price. Definitely would recommend.

The work had to start late due to the install team, unfortunately, having to self isolate for a couple of weeks but the comms from the company were very good. Workmen onsite were great to work with and the job was completed quickly. They provided before, during and after photos of the process too.
