Empire UPVC & Roofing Specialists LTD reviews (491)

Competitive price. The Chris was honest about what could be done and whether it would fully solve the issue or not, good advice. Happy with the job, it has solved the condensation in the loft and work was done to a high standard and quickly.

Kept their word with when they would come to do a quote, with quick and tidy work completed without issue.

I am so happy with my new roof I had my existing conservatory roof replaced with a felt roof From the first point of contact from this company I can honestly find no faults. The whole team was polite, punctual, went above and beyond what they were supposed to do and left the whole area a lot cleaner than when they found it. I loved the team having their names on their jumpers, seemed more personal and whether you spoke to them on the phone or in person you knew exactly who you were talking too. Such a friendly team I was extremely happy with the job completed, the price and the company I would highly recommended this company to anyone looking for any roofing needs Thank you to Chris and all the team at Empire from a very happy customer 😃

Great service, would definitely recommend.

Chris visited to examine the gutters before preparing the quote, which was sent the same day. Once I hired him, he booked a slot with one of his team to do the job within days. Chris and his team are professional, correspondence is quick and clear. I would definitely recommend him.

The job was completed quickly and efficiently and the team were very nice and helpful.

Great service from Empire. We left the team at the house as we had to go to work, we got back this evening and everything looks fantastic! New gutters, fascia’s and soffits, everything looks so clean and shiny! They have left no mess whatsoever too, it’s like they were never here, if it weren’t for everything looking so good! Closed up the house securely too. Chris was also very understanding when we thought we may not be able to have the job done, offered a payment in instalments plan, we didn’t need to use in the end but it was very helpful of him. Hasn’t rained yet so don’t know if it works yet but I have no doubts! Couldn’t fault them, would recommend to friends for sure. Thank you team!

Chris and team at Empire were easy to deal with, quoted a fair price and did a very nice job. They did a roof repair for me which others had given me crazy quotes for or not responded at all. Thanks guys, will use again.

From inception of contact Empire have been exceptional. Their team was on time with quality work and finish, including the crucial cleanup. Highly recommen, need professional roofers this is were you go

Great service from Chris, really quick service, few hiccups but that was from the age of the buildings requiring more work than first thought, will definitely be using them again when we do the rest of the buildings.
