Review left on 22 Oct 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Leaking boilerMuhammad is a very polite and efficient tradesmen, he is extremely expensive the part needed for my boiler is generally around £10 and easy to fit. He spent less than an hour in total diagnosing then came back the day after to fit the part, two visits less than 1 hour a cheap part the charge was £390. I was desperate and needed my boiler back on and the call out was on a Sunday so I was expecting the call out to be expensive but not that much.Answer from tradesperson:
Good evening, thank you for your feedback, however we do feel that leaving negative feedback due to the cost is unfair as no engineer from CPS would go ahead with a job without first clarifying the cost and getting permission from the customer beforehand. Costs would have been clear before you gave permission to go ahead with the job. Leaving negative feedback based on costs is really unfair as it impacts the engineer’s profile and the likelihood of being chosen.

Review left on 29 Sep 2022Rating: 1 out of 5Boiler leak(Updated on 6 Oct 2022)He did more damage than good, all that was needed was to change £4,68 part to stop a leak, The boiler was working fine till he arrived then would not work again. Had to get a Worcester engineer out to put it right.Answer from tradesperson:
The boiler was not working on arrival of the engineer. As you know your boiler components were fully drenched in water due to the excessive leak. You called out an engineer to stop the leak which he did, he is not responsible for all the damaged components. He clearly mentioned that you need the PCB replacing as the leak has destroyed it. Also you had multiple leaks within your boiler.

Contacted me to tell me he was on his way which was appreciated. Charged the amount initially advised. Muhammad was professional, helpful and new his craft.
