Good evening, thank you for your feedback, however we do feel that leaving negative feedback due to the cost is unfair as no engineer from CPS would go ahead with a job without first clarifying the cost and getting permission from the customer beforehand. Costs would have been clear before you gave permission to go ahead with the job. Leaving negative feedback based on costs is really unfair as it impacts the engineer’s profile and the likelihood of being chosen. We would like to clarify that all our costs are transparent and you would see these charges on the my builder site even before shortlisting an engineer.
