We appreciate all kinds of feedback as this helps us to improve our services and keep customers happy, which is our priority.We can see from your messages and those of Muhammad that you have confused him with a plumber named Mark.We have a copy of the time sheet which clearly shows Muhammad went out to do the allocated job,signed the timesheet at the office and waited for 40 minutes.The office where you left your keys had misplaced them,we also have messsage from yourself using derogatory language against them for doing so.Another point that you mentioned was that the Muhammad didn't clarify his name ,again we have messages cleary showing that he communicated with you and confirmed his name,in addition to this he also confirmed this on the time sheet on the day(12 /08/22 at signed in 14.50 left 15.25).You sent him a photo of the time sheet at 15.34 asking if that was him,then at 18.18 you message again calling him by the name Mark.The confusion is clear to see.You then go on to communicate that you prefer the work to be carried out by Mark .So in effect you cancelled the job and would not allow Muhammad to carry out the work,so in this case the the fee is non refundable as this was time that could have been spent helping another customer.You must appreciate the trip Muhammed made was a total waste of time and he had to leave as he had another job booked.He even offered to revisit the following day but you refused.We pride ourselves on our punctuality and promises.
