First accepted the job and came out to quote around 8 weeks ago. Arranged a date to come and complete work. We had a message late morning from a friend of his explaining that he had sadly suffered a bereavement and that he would be in contact to rearrange. Fast forward to last week and he arranges to come and start work. The day comes and we clear the room, again, make sure someone is off work to be home... he is a no show. We have messaged and called with no response. Could have just said if he didn't want the job anymore and we could have hired someone else. We waited this long because we didn't want him to lose out on work on top of a bereavement. 2 stars because he did seem a nice chap when he came to quote.
