Complete disappointment. I hired him for a sealant job, but he only offered times after 6 PM or on weekends. He kept rescheduling and had several excuses for not being able to attend on time. After finally agreeing on a time and date, he applied the new sealant directly over the old one, as if it were a painting task. I have never seen a plumber do this before. I asked him to stop halfway through and ended up paying him half of the agreed amount. This job was a complete nuisance, as I now have to redo the entire process—removing the old sealant and replastering everything.

I am a Handyman who can do most jobs. Aircon servicing, repairs and installations Plumbing. I can install new taps, sinks, shower mixers electric water heaters etc Small electrical works like replacing wall switches, sockets, light bulbs and fittings and installing wall sockets and appliances like built in electric ovens, washing machines etc. I can also troubleshoot and repair home electronics. I can install plasterboard and tiling. I can build or rebuild brick walls, slab pathways etc. I can do base carpentry like hanging doors, door Locks installing video cameras and camera entry systems. I can do painting (Of walls, actual art I am hopeless so dont ask me to paint a picture of you) Aside from all those I can also do IT, so set up a wireless network, troubleshoot a network issue set up home devices like TV,s tablets, mobile phones. I can even do mechanical tasks such as service and repair cars up to a point. Essentially I am the man who can, do most jobs. Currently I cannot commission and sign off split aircon units and heat pumps however I plan to get certified shortly. I am clean, friendly and take pride in a job well done. I also offer discounts to pensioners and the disabled for small jobs like changing light bulbs.

The job I required Tommy to complete in my home was taking down my kitchen ceiling as it was long overdue, he then put a new ceiling up, painted and coved it. He was such a friendly young man and nothing seemed a problem for him. He was very professional and prompt with his timings. He assured me that the job was not complete until I was 100% happy with it which I was relieved about as I have had bad experiences in the past with other tradesmen. Overall a job very welldone and I would recommend Tommy to anyone.

Not very good,silicone seal looks awful,have had to replace it,and shower door seals which we brought were cut to short on one side,so have had to make good ourselves,would not recommend for this kind of job
