Simon came to help me move a sofa bed from an upstairs bedroom to my living room, and to move another sofa from downstairs to the upstairs room. The job turned out to be much more complicated than either of us expected. The sofa bed was far too large to fit down the stairs, so it had to be completely dismantled before it could be moved and then reassembled. What should have been a straightforward furniture move ended up taking over an hour because of all the extra work involved. Simon was absolutely fantastic. He didn't hesitate for a second when he realised the job was more difficult than expected. He stayed positive, worked incredibly hard, and despite all the additional time and effort, he still honoured the original quote without charging me a penny extra. To top it all off, he even vacuumed and cleaned the areas afterwards, which he certainly didn't have to do. That level of care and professionalism is so rare to find. I chose Peter from a group of 3 builders who came to look at the job. Peter's quotation and scheduling were both very comprehensive and precise. Moreover, he has rigorously stuck to both. Most importantly ( for me anyway) the standard of Peter's work is exceptionally high, he attends to every little detail- clearly he is a perfectionist!. He is also a very creative thinker who will always come up with a solution to any of the those little issues that arise during building work. He is clearly very highly qualified and competent. He is also very thoughtful and considerate of the family and does his utmost to avoid disruption and mess as best he can. I had a kitchen extension built - whilst still having to use the original kitchen - and with the use of temporary walls and screens, Peter ensured I was still able to use it. I would highly recommend Peter for any building project you might be considering. Another point of interest , all of the other trades that came in ( electricians, plumbers etc) all said that they really liked working with Peter because they know that when he makes arrangements, they can take those timings to the bank ! All in all, first class work, service and commitment. Highly recommended.

Sammy has done a great work with the job, and the finished work looks great. The only area that could have been improved was communication during the job.
