Clifford came to quote for the job the same day as we shortlisted him, gave us a really good quote. Even drove to Birmingham to collect the parts we needed as there were none in stock in our area and did this without asking for more money. He was punctual, arrived when he said he would, very polite and professional. Did the job to a high standard, and cleaned up after himself. We are that impressed with his work we are getting him back to quote us for more work on the house, including our extension and composite decking. Made the experience of having a builder in really pleasant.
