Absolutely brilliant job by Alan. I had a bad experience with another tradesmen doing my shed, built badly, I complained, instead of fixing they took it away. I was weary about dealing with another tradesman, was going to put on hold, or cancel completely. Had already met Alan, then had conversation and text communication with him, and I then decided to go ahead with the job. Felt comfortable dealing with Alan, he explained everything he would do, answered any questions, and built me a damn good shed. A 12x8 foot shed that looks and feels solid. Alan talks to you throughout to make sure you are happy. We hired Kieran to build a raised patio outside our new extension. It was 13m long and 2m wide. It included three sets of steps and porcelain tiles. He gave us a detailed quote and arranged all the equipment he needed for the job. I was very impressed with his work ethic and building skills. He was very flexible when issues arose and we came to agreed solutions. I would recommend him and would hire him again.

Had a wooden fence around my garden for years and eventually it gave out during the recent bad weather. Decided to have a real clean out of the old garden and get a wall built instead, and was really pleased to be introduced to Dayle to discuss the job. He was very approachable, polite and personable and we discussed requirements and options. He was very helpful and flexible in getting started, and he and his team worked through some dreadfully bad weather to get the job done (I think I didn't fully realise the scope of what was involved!). Last job was to get the concrete laid and this was completed without fuss or bother ready for the bricklayers to start. A VERY hard-working team at PLR Groundworks and I would like to thank Dayle and his entire team for the great job they did. He promise me it would be done the weekend I got him off you website and got nothing but excuses about suppliers not got the slabs then they had them and would deliver in two days that never happened then he said he would ring them to find out but he wouldn’t give me their number when I asked for it finally after approx ten days of excuses he said he would call round to me that evening, never happened.
