Well, I hired him first! Frank was bang on time when he came to quote and was extremely personable, professional & fuss free. Once the quote had been accepted, I ordered the new bath tub. It was delivered and left by the side passage. When I arrived on the day of the job, he had already unpacked the tub and started putting it together. He worked straight through until the job was finished and even added pressure to the boiler, which the CP!2 engineer who came 2 days before did not bother to do. A pleasure to work with. Would defintely use again and would recommend. Thank you.
