This isn’t going to be one of them, “oh he was lovely” etc. it’s going to be honest because that’s what I would want to read if I was reading reviews. So dropped Keith a return text with my contact number. What a lovely man. Made arrangements for him to come and price job last Sunday. He calls me from a park, his son was injured in football and would have to cancel coming. He didn’t pressure me for another appointment and I could have chose to go with someone else. Glad I didn’t He came Monday evening and made arrangements to fit today. He turned up when he said he would at 8.30am. Fitted the new boiler, took the old one away and left the place clean and tidy. The boiler he recommended is fab. It’s great when an expert gives their advice. The gas hob was fitted with a similar attention to detail and was occomplished completely withn a short time frame. Found it was the zone valve in the loft that was faulty - tried to release it but wouldn't budge. Changed it for a new one and both central heating and hot water are working fine.
