Surveyed the job and Chris gave us a quote on the Tuesday which we accepted on the Thursday, and 8am Monday morning Chris arrived with another worker. They got on with the job and didn’t even bother us until they were finished for the day after 6pm and said they’d be back in the morning with tiles to replace the broken ones. Came back finished off the roof and left the front garden spotless. They had replaced the roof battens and felt on the front elevation. The double side extension was completed within the timescale given and within budget and to a very high standard. Henry kept us up to date at every stage of the build and was happy to answer queries and offer suggestions. Overall we found Henry very friendly and approachable .Henry made every effort to keep our neighbours informed and built a good rapport with them which made the process much less stressful. Henry always turned up when he said he would and towards the end of the build was working 10 hour days as well as weekends to get the build complete. Henry also sourced a great kitchen deal for us.
