We needed a back boiler converting to a combi boiler system, plus a couple of new radiators. Sam was very knowledgeable about a variety of boilers and helped us find the right one for us. The old pipework in our house threw up a number of additional issues, which Sam sorted excellently as they came up, and we were very impressed with everything throughout. The boiler is great, his pipework and radiators are very neat and well done. Because of our old pipework, the job took longer than he expected, but he still made the time to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, he is very friendly, and explained every part of the job thoroughly. Recommend him 100%, and we'll be calling him for any future gas and plumbing jobs we have. Thank you so much!

The plumber, Phil Davies from Select Heating Solutions, has not completed the agreed work, despite having received full payment. The agreed contract involved relocating the boiler from one room to the kitchen, connecting all radiators, and providing a gas safety certificate. While he has completed approximately 70% of the job, there is still work outstanding, including fixing one radiator on the wall and connecting the boiler and controller. For the past four weeks, I have repeatedly asked him to return and finish the job, especially as I must move house and have a newborn baby at home. Each time, he promises to come the following week but fails to show up. In our most recent conversation, he stated that he is too busy and cannot confirm when he will be able to complete the work. I have attached screenshots of our text messages and proof of payment via bank transfer for reference. Do not hire The plumber.
