Good comms initially, did the job fine. Connect new hob and certify. Asked for two months for gas certificate and he’s ignored me. I’m a kitchen fitter and this was a contracted job and now I can’t get paid as he hasn’t issued the certificate. He’s read and ignored WhatsApp messages, will now have to pay another gas engineer to certify so I can get paid, frustrating

Full Gas Central Heating installation. This man: A builder from hell. If you need a boiler/central heating installed, look elsewhere. This man does not have a clue about what central heating installation is all about. Never mind any good reviews written here. They are FAKE!! BELIEVE THIS REVIEW! On 14th March, 2025, I paid the deposit for my central heating. 2nd April, 2025, meter was installed by Cadent. From 2nd April 2025, things came to a halt with GLR Energy Ltd (Phil) and my boiler installation. I would have to ring, text, complain before Phil will come over to do some work. GLR-Phil said he has family problems. On 26th May, GLR-Phil went on 3 week US holiday, left all floor boards open, nails shooting up here & there, no boiler installed. Phil left the boiler in an inconclusive state. Since 7th July 2025, haven’t been able to touch the boiler. October 2025 With threatened court action, GLR refunded part of the payment, so we can get other people to complete the work.
