Excellent communication from the start. Came out quick to view our broken boiler, got a new boiler up and running much quicker than we thought it would take. Was honest and polite. Tidied up after himself and even put the cupboard back up even though we said he didn’t need to. Once fully installed he checked and bled all Our radiators(there are 11 in our house!!) and explained to us fully how the boiler works and how to change the settings. We found an old gas pipe which was leaking gas, Chris made it safe and capped it off and also capped off our existing gas pipe due to changing to electric. We offer all gas services including new install, breakdowns and full heating systems. We also offer gas fire, hobs and cooker services. As well as this we have fully qualified heat pump engineers. Our other side of the business is general plumbing, we carry our all plumbing works including full bespoke bathrooms all the way down to drain unblocking! We also have our own plastering team and tiller. All work carried out by M & R heating and plumbing is fully warranted and is done by direct employees we do not subcontract any of our work out!
No paperwork provided despite asking a few times. After getting paid, Jack has just stopped replying. I can't recommend them as they have been unprofessional, not keeping up with appointments and doing an average job.
