Really pleased with the job Paul completed. Changing our gravity fed hot water system to a pressurised system was very neatly and competently installed. At all times Paul went out of his way to give help and guidance on plumbing related issues when asked for advice. Absolutely amazing. Very polite and extremely professional. As with a lot of people I was concerned about having a tradesman that I didn't know, but this gentleman was absolutely amazing. I put an advert on 21st January @ 2100 and accepted by SDS. I received a call from Sam @ 21:14 on same night … who has kindly offered to come @ 08:00 next day . The job was to connect two already hanging radiators by previous plumber as he forgot to bring one of required tool . Sam came around and connected the two radiators but didn’t run the system. I called him many times as kids were without heating for 24 hours . I had to bring in another person only to found out that he didn’t bleed the system and he turned the valves off which stopped water going into system but didn’t put these back . He alleged that it could have been messed by previous plumber but previous guy never went up to boiler room at all . Just to connect already hung radiators and he charged me £100. Too expensive, very unprofessional, .. have to bring another guys hence extra cost as Sam refused to comeback and kids slept without heating … I am sorry Sam but it was disappointing to hire your services .
