We found an old gas pipe which was leaking gas, Chris made it safe and capped it off and also capped off our existing gas pipe due to changing to electric. Excellent communication from the start. Came out quick to view our broken boiler, got a new boiler up and running much quicker than we thought it would take. Was honest and polite. Tidied up after himself and even put the cupboard back up even though we said he didn’t need to. Once fully installed he checked and bled all Our radiators(there are 11 in our house!!) and explained to us fully how the boiler works and how to change the settings.
