Excellent job by Duncan. Very friendly and polite to chat to. Was happy to use the shoe covers I provided as well. Did the job to an excellent standard. And even one radiator that never worked very well in the 15 years we've had it, now works much much better, even though that wasn't part of the job. A big thanks to Duncan. Expected between 1 and 1.30. Texted to say was running late. Text again to say just completing job. I cancelled job and was told they would get in contact for visiting following week. I cannot praise James Wright enough. Not only was his workmanship of the highest calibre, his attitude and general demeanour meant that it was a joy to have him in our home. The job itself was probably straight forward enough for him (installing two new radiators in a bedroom) but there were difficulties, of our making, that he had to overcome and he did so with great sensitivity and care. He worked way beyond the hours I had expected so that my very ill mother did not need to be inconvenienced any more than was necessary and for that I was extremely grateful. James quoted me an excellent price at the start and that did not waver. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and it is to my continuing regret that I have not yet been in a position to do so. I almost feel that I am letting him down in not yet doing so but I am bound to come across someone soon who is looking for a heating engineer and I will be able to make amends, so to speak. I must also apologize to James for the delay in posting this review, but continuing difficulties at home have made finding even the briefest of time, very difficult indeed.
