Peter arrived at our home and explained that he had assembled my type of trampoline before. I showed Peter the flat pack boxes that the trampoline had been delivered in. I asked if he needed any help with the job. He stated he would manage it fine himself. Peter proceeded to efficiently put all the parts together. Later he accepted a cup of coffee which I was glad of as he'd had a busy day up till then. Peter demonstrated his experience by assembling the trampoline with no problems. He advised me about how best to position the finished item in the garden. Throughout the process, from arranging a date and time to do the job to the quality assembly, Peter demonstrated that he was a friendly,reliable and proficient worker. Stephen built a three bedroom detached house in the grounds of my old house. It was done to an excellent standard - even down to the door handles and the doors. He designed the whole thing and got the maximum efficiency without disturbing the quality. The downstairs is open plan and he worked on getting equipment with reduced noise levels. He was instrumental in getting the plumber and electricians organised and I didn't have to worry about a thing. His communications were excellent and he would come back to me within ten minutes and would organise everything to make sure they ran efficiently. I am delighted with the work and he also took any problems with regard to connecting the services away from me. I would certainly recommend him - there was not a fault or a failing. If have another rebuild done I would use Stephen because he was capable of doing everything with regard to the build - from architects onwards. He would be able to overcome any problems with the architects and he could resolve any problems for me. It is absolutely fabulous and everything has worked out perfectly. I cannot praise James Wright enough. Not only was his workmanship of the highest calibre, his attitude and general demeanour meant that it was a joy to have him in our home. The job itself was probably straight forward enough for him (installing two new radiators in a bedroom) but there were difficulties, of our making, that he had to overcome and he did so with great sensitivity and care. He worked way beyond the hours I had expected so that my very ill mother did not need to be inconvenienced any more than was necessary and for that I was extremely grateful. James quoted me an excellent price at the start and that did not waver. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone and it is to my continuing regret that I have not yet been in a position to do so. I almost feel that I am letting him down in not yet doing so but I am bound to come across someone soon who is looking for a heating engineer and I will be able to make amends, so to speak. I must also apologize to James for the delay in posting this review, but continuing difficulties at home have made finding even the briefest of time, very difficult indeed. But then again, he is the type of gentleman who will totally understand .... Absolutely delighted with the work Alexander completed for me this week, just 6 days after we first spoke! He is clearly knowledgeable, took the time to give advice, and carried out works to a high standard at a very reasonable price. He responds quickly to queries and kept in touch throughout the job. Worked on to get my log burner installed even after discovering problems with my chimney. Really pleased, and discussed further works on my house for later in the year. Can't recommend highly enough. Fantastic job completed this week by Joe, Owen and the team. Completed back and front yards. The quote was reasonable, team reliable, hard working, friendly and respectful. Responsive when messaged or called and went beyond what we expected even turning up a day before work was due to take delivery of the materials. Everything was left clean and tidy once done.
